What’s Included

  • Removal of your existing doorbell (if applicable)

  • Mounting the new PoE doorbell camera in the optimal location

  • Connecting the camera via Ethernet to your PoE switch or PoE injector

  • Verifying proper PoE power delivery (802.3af / 802.3at)

  • Securing and routing the Ethernet cable neatly and safely

  • Weather sealing exterior cable entry points (if applicable)

  • Adding the doorbell to your NVR, security system, or app

  • Testing live view, event recording, motion detection, and two-way audio

  • Cleaning the work area after installation

What You Provide

  • Your PoE doorbell camera

  • Access to your PoE switch or PoE injector

  • Access to the mounting area and interior cable routes

  • App access or NVR login for pairing

Additional Notes

    • Labor only — camera and accessories not included

    • Additional fees may apply for:

      • Running new Ethernet cable

      • Drilling/cable routing

      • Non-standard mounting surfaces

      • Upgrading to a PoE injector/switch if insufficient power is detected
